We are looking for an Inside Sales Person to be responsible for existing accounts. They will be using proven strategies and tactics to expand the company's sales all the while working with committed individuals in a creative and productive work environment. The right persons will be proactive in communicating with existing accounts, securing new ones and ensuring targets are met while providing support to the managerial team. The ideal candidates will have at least three years of experience in a sales/service role, as well as a proven track record of sales and plans to achieve their goals as well as having excellent time management skills. This position is an easy transition for bud tenders who wish to move into B2B sales and for cannabis brand ambassadors to hone their craft and make more income.
Responsibilities:
- Build a network of contacts within the industry.
- Speak confidently over the phone through text and in email.
- Build relationships with contacts and customers using strong interpersonal skills.
- Meet or exceed sales target.
- Have good negotiation skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
