The HR Coordinator will provide support to the general business operations including internal Human Resources stakeholders, HR Managers, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, all Parallel markets, and the Enterprise. The HRC will maintain the HRIS systems, encompassing the areas of hiring, classification, promotions, onboarding, compensation, benefits and leave management.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Serves as day-to-day collaborator providing, first tier guidance to the business regarding HR policies and procedures
- Process employee changes, corrections, department transfers, and other HR-related information in HRIS systems, with the utmost confidentiality and accuracy
- Maintains employee's information in multiple HRIS systems
- Responsible for preboarding/onboarding all new hires in all markets. Responsibilities include:
- Account creation in HRIS system
- Processing preboarding documents, by market
- Assistant hiring managers and candidates with clear to start and day one requirements
- Responsible for the accuracy of E-Verify I-9 documentation and compliance
- Offboarding across HR systems, with specific off boarding by market
- Conducts HR research and special projects
- HR process improvement
- Maintains HR record keeping including employee personal files and other HR files
- Assists with and monitors the Company's Performance Appraisal system
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU'LL BRING
Required
- Age 21 or over
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
- 1-2 years general foundational Human Resources experience
- Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and customer service skills
- The ability to work well in a team environment and effectively interact with employees and managers at all levels
- Excellent work prioritization, business acumen, and time management abilities
- Skilled at using multiple HRIS systems
- Remains open to others' ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things
- Quality control: the individual demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality
- Adaptability; adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands, and can deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 – Outlook, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint OneDrive
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time in an office setting
- Ability to travel in office as needed
