Historically this position has a long season of work starting the week of March 20th and continuing through late November. This year we anticipate the same.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Maintain production and stock plants in great health through field work.
• Assists in other departments as needed.

• Must be coordinated and fast with their eyes and hands.
• Hard working team players who are capable of working well in small groups.
• No specific education is needed; however, must be interested in learning and developing specific knowledge as it relates to the care of our product line.
• Stamina and endurance are critical.

Compensation:

Hourly: $9.94- $11.88 plus piecework, time and half for overtime, and 4% earnings bonus mid-year and year-end based on attendance standards and employment status.

Benefits: 401(k), Paid Medical Leave, Unpaid Time Off (personal), Holiday Pay (after certain longevity standards are met).

Pago:
