JOB SUMMARY
Job Title: Cannabis Greenhouse Farmhand
Part-Time Position
Reports to: Farm Manager
Location: Shelton, WA
JOB PURPOSE
Successfully grow and maintain health of plants and grounds at a marijuana farm in Shelton, WA.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
General Tasks
- Care for plants in all stages, from cloning to harvest.
- Ensure compliance with state reporting system, accuracy is critical.
- Perform general farm care and maintenance.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the farm and all other job duties as assigned.
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness to improve and promote quality.
- Willingness and flexible with other tasks as assigned.
- Display positive and can-do attitude at all times to contribute to a healthy team culture.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 60 pounds and be on feet for majority of shift.
- Ability to bend, kneel, and stoop for variety of tasks.
