CannaTherapy Store Manager Skills, Qualifications & Compensation:
- College Degree is Preferred
- 3-5 Yrs Sales experience Required
- 3-5 Yrs Management Experience Required (Managing a minimum of 4 people or more)
- Compensation: $40,000/Annually - Plus Attractive Quarterly Bonuses Based On Store Performance.
Customer Focus, Tracking Budget Expenses, Market Knowledge, Staffing, Results Driven, Strategic Planning, Management Proficiency, Client Relationships, Verbal and Written Communication, Preferred proficiency in the following: GSuite, Microsoft Office, Square POS, APPLE/IOS software.
Responsibilities:
- Complete store operational requirements by making sure all shifts are assigned to Consultants.
- Maintain Store Product knowledge by coaching and training Consultants.
- Maintain store staff job effectiveness by coaching, counseling Consultants; planning, monitoring and Auditing job results
- Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements
- Ensure availability of merchandise by submitting Store Product Order Forms; maintaining inventories.
- Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
- Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements and Brand Standards
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
- Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures that have been presented by the Company.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Implement a schedule of holiday activities and promotions throughout the year strategically designed to bring in more revenue and Boost Team Morale.
- Provide training to improve the knowledge base of the staff and utilize cross-training methods to maintain productivity when employees are absent
- Deal with staffing issues such as conducting evaluations and performance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development needed within your store.
- Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
- Respond to customer complaints and comments
- Organize special promotions, displays and events
- Update colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues
- Report to, update, communicate and coordinate with the Area Manager to ensure the success of the business.
The Following Basic Cannabis Consultant Duties will also be expected of the Store Manager as they will be working within the store during shifts sometimes alone or with double coverage.
- Engage prospective and repeat customer in a friendly, clean, professional and comfortable manner.
- Share our knowledge of hemp derived CBD/Delta 8 THC, Cannabinoid Science and its wonderful benefits with our customers.
- Qualify our customers by guiding them to the right products and dosages.
- Perform and record sales on POS, as well as process cash and credit cards transactions.
- Handle customer questions or complaints. Turning a frustrated customer into a happy customer, while adhering to company policies, requires a combination of empathy and tact.
- Process exchanges and refunds in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Report information about any side effects experienced by customers to the Area Manager & Regional Manager.
- Maintain the appearance, cleanliness and presentation of the store, products, signage and displays.
- Organize product displays and back stock products.
- Keep careful eye on customers to avoid thefts.
- Keep track of inventory.
- Enthusiastically introduce promotions and opportunities to customers, and cross-sell products to increase customer purchases.
- Answer customer emails and incoming phone calls.
