At this time, we are seeking Customer Assistants for our store. Our ideal candidate is customer focused, dependable, self-driven, motivated, and thrives in a sales team environment.

The role of the Customer Assistant is to consult clients regarding product selection and to offer cannabis education and advocacy to the community. In addition, CA's are responsible for the cleanliness and atmosphere of the facility. This position will report to the store Manager.

• Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests; selects appropriate information, forwards information, and answers questions
• Research product information and creates copy for educational materials and social media
• Updates displays & replenishes supplies
• Meets sales goals and objectives
• Communicates inventory and other department needs to Sales Manager
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
• Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing tasks as needed
• Maintains a clean and organized environment including housekeeping duties

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age, Customer Service and Inventory experience a plus, Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Data Entry Skills, Reporting Skills, Writing Skills, Google Suite Skills.
