Responsibilities
- Assists in all aspects of Post Harvest operations including Trimming, Packaging, Cleanliness, Reporting

Qualifications
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong desire to produce a high-quality product.
- Able to demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving.
- Must be 21 years of age or older as required by the State of Michigan Marijuana Regulatory Agency.
- Able to pass all background checks as mandated by State of Michigan Marijuana Regulatory Agency.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience working in agriculture/horticulture, packing houses, general production/retail greenhouses.
- Familiarity with Good Agricultural Practices/Good Handling Practices (GAP/GHP).
- Experience working in a regulated environment with a regulated and tracked substance.
- Experience working in a trade or in a manufacturing facility.
- Knowledge of plant diseases, insects, and fungi, as well as plant treatment options
- Experience working with power tools and materials such as PEX, PVC, EMT, etc.
Working Conditions
- The person in this position may be exposed to dust, kief , cleaning chemicals, and fumes. Although systems are in place to remove these byproducts, there is still exposure to some degree.
- Frequently works in rooms with bright light where eye protection may be required
- Frequently works in rooms with moderate heat and humidity
- The person in this position is constantly exposed to moderate background noise due to environmental systems, equiptment, and fans.
- Must be able to work weekends or alternate shifts
Physical Requirements
- Sitting, standing, and walking motion/movement will be required throughout the shift.
- Constant movement of hands/f ingers and limbs; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina.
- Constantly positions self throughout task at hand.
- Frequently ascends/descends a ladder to inspect/maintain plants.
- Occasionally operates power hand tools and other cultivation machinery.

Cultivation Associate
Job Summary:
The Cultivation Associate provides support through the assignments and upkeep of the cultivation facility. The position encompasses all aspects of plant care and maintenance. Cultivation associates work with the leadership team to plan tasks that coincide with the production plan.
Responsibilities/ Tasks:
- Cutting and transplanting; watering; labeling; and inventory data input. Plant care during vegetative and flowering phase: trimming, manipulating and staking; big leafing and pruning; watering; plant monitoring; inventory data input.
- Maintains proper cleanliness (both personal and within workspace) to prevent cross-contamination and spread of disease
- sanitizing and cleaning growing rooms, cultivation workspaces and tools
- Inspects and monitors plant integrity during plant care (i.e. atmospheric changes or pest detection)
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in a large-scale indoor cannabis production preferred
- Willingness to take direction
- Must understand and follow implemented policies and procedures set forth to remain compliant under MI state regulations
- Good documentation, inventory and organizational skills
- Ability to sit, stand, kneel and walk for up to 8 hours a day
- May at times need the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation is required
- Strong work ethic with excellent time management skills
- Flexible availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Proven ability to maintain consistency under pressure
- Per state law, must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check.
Salary will be based on experience and has the potential to increase based upon strength in the position.
