Summary: Processes, verifies and balances orders by event, assists in the clerical responsibilities as assigned and verifies the completion of order for processing by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Performs all customer service duties to include answering customer inquiries via mail, in person and telephone regarding account status, product information and price information.
- Monitors the entering of credit/adjustment memos on the computer as needed.
- Monitors the process of returned parcels as required.
- Makes adjustments to orders by crediting and re-invoicing items absent from shelf as order is gathered.
- Resolves customer problems/discrepancies in an expeditious and tactful manner.
- Attends meetings and training sessions as required.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Ensures complete paperwork so orders are handled and processed properly.

Education/Experience:
High School/GED
Language Ability:
Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
