Overview:
MALIBU, CA (LOCAL PREFERRED) - Pointe View family in the Cannabis industry is seeking a second FULL-TIME LIVE-OUT NANNY to assist with their 3 young daughters. The hours would mainly be late week and weekend coverage, Thursday-Sunday, but with flexible hours for the right candidate. Duties include light cleaning, cooking for children, children's laundry, helping keep the fridge organized, keeping the playroom organized, helping keep pantry inventory, stocking groceries, take children to the beach. The candidate needs to be a strong swimmer. The candidate should have their own transportation and the family will reimburse for working mileage at the federal reimbursement rate. However, the nanny can use the family car when available. The middle daughter is in preschool during the day and the oldest daughter goes to school nearby. The main focus will be on the youngest daughter at home. The oldest daughter also has a peanut allergy and has an epi-pen, however, the family has never had to use it. There is a large dog(Neapolitan mastiff) in the home that the candidate needs to be comfortable with.
The perfect candidate would be a team player who can partner with the additional nanny, cleaning staff (3x/week), SAHM, and dad who works from home often. The family needs a candidate who is comfortable with their lifestyle values, business, and cannabis in general. The nanny would need to sign a non-disclosure agreement and is NOT offering relocation. Pay is $25/hr and benefits are negotiable.
Qualifications:
BA/BS college degree | AA in related field of study
CPR/First Aid Certification (renew as needed)
Ability to make a one-year commitment unless applying for a temporary position
A passion for working with children
Two+ years childcare experience
Excellent work and personal references
U.S. driver's license (this does not apply to NYC residents)
Complete Stop the Silence Training upon Membership
Fluent in English/Bilingual a plus
Competent swimmer
Non-smoker
Willing to go through extensive Background Check
Must be Live-Scanned and registered with Trustline if CA resident
Willingness to show proof of immunizations
No-cell phone driving signed guarantee
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Targeted Annual Gross Salary (Min): USD $15.00/Hr. Number of Hours Per Week: 40
