? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
? 2-4 years of B2B sales experience
? Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
? Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
? Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships ? Excellent interpersonal skills ? Highly self-motivated
? Strong verbal and written communication skills
? Proficient in Microsoft Office
? Working knowledge of CRM systems
?Must have Japanese speaking skill
?Must have the ability to respond to customer inquiries and concerns as well as have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively both inside and outside of the organization.
- Generate leads for the Sales Department and solicits potential customers regarding our products and services.
- Assess new business opportunities, reporting to the sales team to prepare new business proposals.
- Manage a high volume of calls and emails daily to sign up new members and solicit business from potential clients
- Identify potential clients using advertising campaigns, various lists including email, personal contacts, and cold calling techniques.
- Present TENGA products with genuine enthusiasm and understanding of technical knowledge
- Communicates with CEO daily regarding leads generated.
- Conducts research to resolve customer problems, identify potential sales opportunities, and be up-to-date with cannabis news and regulations.
- Help to build a strong, vertical-focused sales pipeline
- Emphasize product/service features, benefits, and relevant information to prospects
- Willingness to learn and gain an in-depth understanding of TENGA products.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
