We are currently looking for self-motivated, critical thinking, experienced sales managers to expand our reach. We are searching for passionate individuals with a burning desire to achieve new highs. Responsibilities would include prospecting, visiting, and closing new accounts, organically growing existing accounts, working selling programs to maximize customer benefits AND your earnings. Meeting/exceeding sales goals. Service existing accounts from order entry through the delivery of their product.
Knowledge of ERP software and excel is recommended but more importantly, a desire to learn is required. If acquiring passive wealth and being part of a winning team is part of your passion then SMASHED is for you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Performance of the Sales team and growth of company’s revenue.
- Effectively and quickly increases the sales volume of the company.
- Provides insight on market dynamics and competitors.
- Consistently formulates planes/programs for the company to be ahead of the competitors in terms of pricing, promotions, marketing campaigns, and PAD’s (Patient Appreciation Days).
- Manages the communications with the sales team and upper management.
- Actively communicates with the Production Manager and Director of Operations to avoid any discrepancies with orders.
- Informs sales team members of their commission's report, provided by the Director of Operations.
- Is knowledgeable of CRM systems.
- Communicates current pricing and promotions to team members on our system.
- Provide reports/correspondence to the CEO of the company about the above and any information of importance that may enhance the company's sales performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree (Business or related field)
- Sales experience: 5 years
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
