Position: Affiliate Grower Facility Scheduler

Report to: Affiliate General Manager

We at Seville Farms, Inc. strive to provide a professional work environment utilizing all our Human Resources to build and maintain a cohesive team.

This position’s key responsibilities will be to oversee the Raw Materials and Finished Goods Inventory. This position will work closely with the Production Manager and the Head Grower at the following sites:

· Aydani

· P’s Plant Farm

· Triple P’s Sessions

· Triple P’s Blackjack

· Alexanders

· Frank Sanchez

· Whaley’s

· Young Hollows

Some of the key responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:

Maintain an accurate inventory of all items on the facility by confirming and receiving in SAGE the deliveries of all raw materials (containers, tags, and soil).

Create a stock movement to the respective AG site of all items received.

Attach copies of the packing slips to SAGE.

Purchase Orders. Verifying that the price and conversions are correct of each item listed.

Resolve price or quantity discrepancies.

Finished Goods

Look out 12 weeks to ensure all Raw Materials needed for production are scheduled to be on hand in time for production and distribution.

Communicate with Corporate procurement team any issues to avoid delays.

Participate on the weekly Procurement / Facility Scheduler’s call.

Manage soil inventory and ordering with the Seville Sites.

Run weekly Production Variance reports from PBI, planned vs. produced. This would include all Affiliate Growers sites.

Report Weekly production numbers to Operations.

Report Weekly from PBI Sales planned vs. shipped. Units and Dollars.

Work as a team with all members of the Seville facilities to ensure a safe, positive work environment for all employees.

The following is required: computer knowledge, iPad, emails, ability to multi-task, long spring hours, strong work ethics and ability to work as a team player.

There will be daily communication via phone and emails to all the AG sites.

This position's preferred location will be in New Summerfield. SAGE / PBI access will be set up at the Triple P Sessions location for accessing reports. Extensive training will be needed this summer to implement job duties for Fall and Spring 2022.

This position will require significant hours in season. Minimal travel to other facilities or the home office may be required for training. Other responsibilities will be added as deemed necessary and as processes evolve.
