SUMMARY OF PURPOSE:
Hemp Processing Stocker perform hemp harvesting and processing tasks as directed by the Head Grower and Compliance Manager. They are necessary to managing inventory to appropriately and effectively catalog the creation of products by the processing department.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to maintain attentive listening for up to 2 hours per day.
- Must be proficient or trainable in using various electronic management platforms and necessary programs to execute protocols.
- Must be able to perform sedentary or limited movement tasks for up to 8 hours per day.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Sits for approximately 7.5 hour per day.
- Must be able to stand for approximately 7 hours in a day.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks while standing.
- Must be able to follow explicit instructions repeatedly.
- Must be able to meet standards and work effectively in a high-paced environment.
- Must be able to manage corrective actions for behavior and work in a pro-active fashion.
- Must be able to walk consistently between tasks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Follow appropriate processing protocols for hemp plants as determined by the head grower and compliance manager.
- Execute the effective input of data related to the supply chain.
- Execute the effective and appropriate placement of products as related to the inventory management system.
- Perform quality control tasks such as labelling, curing, measuring key quality metrics such as internal moisture level of hemp throughout all phases of processing, differentiating quality grade, and sorting dried, harvested hemp.
- Operate and maintain all equipment related to processing as determined by the head grower and compliance manager.
- Record performance metrics related to all relevant tasks as determined by the head grower and compliance manager.
- All other related tasks to processing as determined by the head grower and compliance manager.
- Perform tasks within cultivation and production as needed and determined by head grower.
- Follow appropriate protocols when performing tasks within cultivation and production on an as needed basis as determined by Head Grower.
- Make sound decisions regarding the above responsibilities and tasks within the processing department.

Nursery technicians perform cultivation tasks as directed by Nursery Manager and determined by the Head Grower. They are necessary to maintaining plant health and operational equipment.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Follow appropriate cultivation protocols for hempplants as determined by the head grower.
- Execute general nursery tasks as associated to the cultivation of hemp such as transplanting, preparing media, pruning, cloning, disposal of plant and plant media, and harvesting.
- Clean and adequately maintain all equipment associated with the cultivation and processing of hemp, including but not limited to irrigation lines, drippers, greenhouse lighting, reservoirs, fans, dehumidifiers, air conditioners,
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Execute integrated pest management protocols in an ethical, safe, and compliant fashion.
- Execute sample collecting protocols for internal cannabinoid testing.
- Follow appropriate protocols when performing tasks within cultivation and processing on an as needed basis as determined by Head Grower.

- Operate and maintain all equipment related to processing as determined by the head grower.
