The primary responsibility of this position includes learning and assisting with all aspects of crop production required to efficiently produce crops which are at peak salability on scheduled finish dates while reducing waste in all processes. Including:

• monitor crops for plant nutrition, pest and disease issues
• irrigation and fertilization
• chemical application
• other tasks as needed to insure quality rooted cutting and finished crops are produced
• helping with planting and order pulling

Associates degree in horticulture or related field and/or two years relevant work experience required.

Supervisory experience a plus.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
