Full Job Description

We are looking for a dependable Handyman/General Laborer that has experience working on Cannabis farms. Job duties include painting, hanging drywall, and installing floors and windows. Your maintenance responsibilities involve solving basic electrical and plumbing issues, as well as ensuring interior and exterior structural components are safe and in good condition. You must be able to lift at least 50 lbs, and you should be proficient with hand and power tools. Previous experience working as an electrician or in carpentry is a plus, especially if you have a contractor or journeyman license. We offer a competitive salary with benefits and Paid Time Off.

Required Duties & Responsibilities:

• Update drywall and paint as needed
• Hardworking and Team Player Individuals with Positive Attitudes
• Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building
• Help with tile or flooring installation
• Perform routine landscaping on the grounds
• Perform basic electrical and plumbing maintenance
• Maintain and repair air conditioning and heating systems
• Undertake light installation
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Desired Skills & Abilities:

• Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation
• Good Communication skills and attention to detail
• Self-starter with good time management skills
• HVAC experience a plus
• Mechanical and Electrical aptitude
• Contractor or journeyman license is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Benefits:

• Paid time off

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay

• Stroud, OK 74079: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
