We have grown our business from $45 and 0 employees, to 11 locations in a matter of 5 years. we are aggressively recruiting people that can train to become managers within as little as 1-3 years.
In dallas, my right hand guy manages a growery, and we are in need of an apprentice to him. someone who will eventually run the grow in dallas. The current manager, is up for a promotion, however there is nobody to take his place. therefore we must find and train an apprentice to (hopefully) soon take his place and manage the entire facility.
Of course with a large pay bonus. if you can take his place you will start at 25$/hour with lots of room for growth.
