LED light startup company seeks Sales Rep to join our team!

We are a startup company with innovative LED products serving cannabis industry based in Greater Los Angeles area. In addition to our house brands LED, we provide our grower customers with top quality solar and hardware products. We are a small company with an amazing group of dedicated people, and our commitment to excellence and customer service has created rapid growth.
We are looking for a sales rep with a proven track record for the Southern California Territory.
Who you are:
You will be a sales rep excited to oversee designated territories. You’re adept at walking into new stores with the goal of growing and developing your portfolio. Building relationships, keeping promises, and staying organized is second nature to you.
You love to hustle and make the most of every opportunity.
What you’ll do
- Keep all accounts fully stocked and educated on our product portfolio.
- Execute product sample drops and visits in order to take leads across the goal line.
- Keep detailed notes on all accounts and manage a CRM to maintain touch points.
- Regularly travel to outlying territories to engage shops beyond the Portland Metro area.
- Communicate with our Executive team to relay market feedback and customer information.
- Drive sales and meet revenue plans.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills & high attention to detail.
- Must be willing to work with a diverse group of customers and co-workers.
- Ability to bounce back after hearing “No”.
- Be a self-starter, able to stay productive without oversight.
- Knowledge of cannabis and the industry.
- Must be over 21 years old.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and general computer knowledge.
- Able to adopt new systems and technology.
- Have ability when working within a CRM.
- Have the ability to effectively cold call customers, both in person, and over the phone.
- Professional Business to Business outside sales experience preferred.
- Marketing experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
