We currently have a position open for a Customer Service Associate and Cashier. The ideal candidate will have retail experience, but even if you aren't familiar with a traditional retail setting, we'd like to speak with you!
Responsibilities:
- All Naturally Inspired Employees will be expected to learn about CBD and the Endocannabinoid System as well as other cannabinoids found in the Cannabis Plant. They will be then expected to discuss with customers about their ailments and give educated directions and recommendations based on the customer’s lifestyle and needs. (This will be taught through training and given informative documents to help answer customer’s questions.)
- Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
- Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
- Collect payments whether in cash or credit
- Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
- Redeem stamps and coupons
- Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information
- Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
- Bag, box or gift-wrap packages
- Handle merchandise returns and exchanges
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 per hour
