- Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 75 pounds (125 pounds with assistance), may include using a ladder, walking or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over and/or crouching

Responsibilities
- As a Outdoor Cultivation Tech, you will be responsible for ensuring quality, safety and operational compliance in and around all grow spaces
- Schedule: 20 to 36 hours per week,4 to 8 hour scheduled per shift
- Some overtime available dependent on grow cycle and product volume
- Assist with the coordination of the outdoor grow operation including but not limited to: quality assurance, spraying, potting, manicuring/pruning, harvesting
- Execute tasks and projects assigned by Cultivation Managers in adherence with established policies, procedures and safety standards
- Prioritizing tasks throughout the day to ensure the plants’ health and quality
- Maintaining open communication with management and other team members
- Monitoring plant health and reporting all security, quality control or procedural concerns to management
- Responsible for following all operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information and policies when performing duties
- Manicuring, trimming and assisting other departments as needed
- Responsible for being on time for scheduled shifts and communicating with management if unable to meet this requirement
- PHYSICAL DEMANDS: VERY LABOR INTENSIVE
- As this position is for the outdoor grow operation, you will be working outside in hot weather frequently
