Cannabis jobs at Longhill Nursery

Looking for a person with a broad background in the nursery /greenhouse industry with verifiable hands on experience growing ornamental shrubs and trees and/or greenhouse growing of herbs and herbaceous perennials and seasonal annuals. Ideal candidate would know woody plant materials and their care in a production setting. Knowledge of proper application of herbicides and insecticides is highly desired. Knowledge of sprinkler irrigation clocks and basic nursery plumbing also desired. Ability to safely and properly operate farm tractors also necessary. Bilingual English/Spanish is desired, but either language will be ok...but must be able to read or write and comprehend in one of the languages. Ability to work outside and inside greenhouses is necessary. We also have the need to propagate both woody and herbaceous plant materials. Other general duties of routine nursery and greenhouse skills are needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
