L&D Solutions Delivery Service LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner looking for hardworking, responsible, enthusiastic team players to deliver Amazon packages. Our station is located in Sturtevant Wisconsin, 1925 Grandview Parkway. We have a team culture that promotes and encourages greatness in all team members. Delivery Associates strive to get every Amazon order to the customer’s door on time. You must be self-motivated, and CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages safely to our customers. • No THC Testing
• Base pay is $18.25 after 60 days of employment BASE PAY is 19.00
• Overtime starts at time and half $27.37
• Free Work Shoes Program - $125.00 credit for new kicks!
• Approximate hours: 9:10 am -7:10 pm
• Shifts range between 8-10 hrs/day
• Paid Bi-Weekly

Duties and Responsibilities:

• As a Delivery Associate, you’ll drive a vehicle, delivering 200-250 packages per day.
• Load vans and deliver packages by driving, climbing in and out of the vehicle, and walking upstairs and through driveways in all-weather conditions, and deliver packages safely and punctually
• Follow strict safety standards on and off the road
• Operate an electronic GPS device and keep daily delivery records
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment
• Must be able to operate and navigate a delivery van weighing 10,000 lbs. or less
• Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
