Job Description – GramCo Account Sales Manager
Status: Full Time after 90-day probation period
Pay: Salary with commission and bonus
Benefits: Health (Medical/dental, vision optional) after probation period
Location: North Florida (Valdosta – Tallahassee – Jacksonville – Gainesville
About GramCo:
GramCo is a Florida-based hemp company providing quality, consistent, safe, and wide-ranging Delta 8 products for any need at any time. GramCo’s products are produced in-house, with flower grown at its plant nursery in Fort Meade, Florida, while its Delta 8 and finished goods are produced at its facility in Jasper, Florida.
GramCo offers an array of Delta 8 products, including but not limited to, gummies, infused seltzers, Quick Mix, vapes, carts, pre rolls, and more.
Additionally, it’s our goal to release at least 1 product or product extension every month.

Description:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Account Sales Manager's (ASM) primary function is to perform outside sales of product inventory while driving an assigned route of accounts and prospects. You will increase product sales and placement of product at all large and small format stores, to include but not be limited to, gas stations, convenience stores, smoke shops, tobacco stores, independent pharmacies, and the like. You will upsell inventory and ensure proper merchandising of GramCo products.
The primary role of the ASM is to service all customers in a safe and productive manner, according to our GramCo standards.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices
- Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record and meet DOT driving standards
- Obtainment of DOT Medical card
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Account Sales Manager's (ASM) primary function is to perform outside sales of product inventory while driving an assigned route of accounts and prospects
- You will increase product sales and placement of product displays at all large and small format "off premise" stores
- You will upsell inventory and ensure proper merchandising of GramCo’s products
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $38,000.00 per year
