Job Description:
Trim plant product for repackaging in a fast paced, growing company. As a member of the trim team you will be primarily responsible for trimming dry cannabis plants to meet production goals and to assure the greatest possible quality of product and appearance is achieved in preparation for distribution.

Qualifications

· Use scissors for trimming roles for 8 hours per day and meet production requirements

Position Description:
To assist in the harvesting, trimming, and packaging operations. Including harvesting processes, trimming and packaging.
Skills and Qualifications:
Production Technicians needs to be the self-starting individual, focused and results driven, a solutions-oriented problem solver, and always considering our end user; the customer. The ideal Production Technician will be a critical thinker, detail oriented, excels in verbal communication. Additionally, Production Technicians are responsible for lifting up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis, as well as relying on the full extension of the legs and arms to reach items and fulfill many of their duties.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Can hand trim 2 lbs of finished flower per day
- Follows and completes harvest, trim, and packaging plan working in multiple departments per direction of the Production Manager.
- Learns harvest, trim, and packaging processes via in-person training from the Production Manager and review of all statements of processes on file.
- Understands that harvest and trim production is timed and strive to achieve expected trim weights through focused attention to the job at hand.
- Reports to their direct supervisor if potential issues or hazards in harvest and trim production and/or forecasting begin to arise.
Other Employment Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have no felony convictions
- Individuals applying must be a minimum twenty-one (21) years old
- Applicants must be a Washington resident
- An extensive background check that may include personal financial history
- Some situations demand that work be completed on weekends and holidays depending on legal requirements circumstance and severity of outcome
- Must be 21 or over
