Responsibilities
- The Account Coordinator will be the main point of contact for all client's, their accounts, and will direct tasks across all departments.
- You will be responsible for minor website edits, design updates, and will maintain both backend and frontend services.
- When a site is launched, account coordinator will implement a list of plugins and assign tasks to SEO team
- Create monthly email campaigns for newsletter sign-ups
- Optimize and oversee client's Google advertising PPC campaigns from creation to launch in order to reach client goals
- Work with a variety of clients in industries such as food & beverage, clothing, cannabis, industrial, manufacturing, events, music, beauty, legal, plus many more.
- Provide insights on creative strategies for various new marketing campaigns
- Content writing for email marketing, commercials, scripts, and blogs
- Provide direct support and insights to customers on how to improve traffic to sites and calls and KPI's across campaigns
- Occasionally work on print media campaigns such as billboards and flyers
- Maintain relationships with customers/clients to their satisfaction
- Monitor emails and reply to clients in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Experience in account managing/coordination needed; Some experience in client services helpful
- Solid technical understanding of google campaigns
- General understanding of wordpress web editing
- Must be able to work flexible shifts
- The Account Coordinator must be a good communicator, well organized, work well in a team environment, and can facilitate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be organized, reliable, proactive, and skilled at multitasking, work effectively under pressure, and have a strong work ethic
- Must be able to handle self professionally in high-stress situation with strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Must be a quick learner
- Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form
- Must be proficient with word processing, spreadsheet, internet, order processing, project management, crm, and database software
We will train on Wordpress, Google Ads, CRM and other systems needed to perform your job.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
