RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide high level customer service and hospitality
- Assist studio management in daily studio tasks and projects
- Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative
- Support trainers and ensure that class check-in process runs smoothly
- Work as a cohesive team with all staff members (maintenance, trainers, etc.) to ensure efficiency
- Maintain product knowledge for all retail in the studio and online
- Assist with the training of new hires for the front desk team
- Maintain the distinct DOPE aesthetic, atmosphere, and culture
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
- Must have a positive, can-do attitude
- Must be willing to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction
- Must have the ability to learn computer interfaces and systems quickly
- Must have a friendly and professional phone and email etiquette
- Must have the flexibility to work a non-traditional work schedule

DOPE Boxing is searching for elite mittwork coaches to lead, instruct, and motivate fighters during the hardest workout in Boise.
Our POW Classes are 12 rounds of mittwork based fitness boxing. This coach will need to be charismatic, energetic, and truly LOVE boxing.
DOPE QUALITIES:
- Customer-Service Skills: DOPE coaches have a unique/fun energy and establish/maintain relationships with fighters on behalf of DOPE.
- Motivational Skills: To keep clients coming back, DOPE coaches must keep their clients engaged throughout the workout.
- Physical Fitness: DOPE coaches must be physically fit, as their job requires a considerable amount of exercise. DOPE coaches need to participate in classes and demonstrate exercises, as necessary.
- Problem-Solving Skills: DOPE coaches must provide regressions and progressions for clients with differing abilities.
- Communication Skills: DOPE coaches must be able to communicate and deliver exercise cues/movements to clients in a professional, clear, and motivating manner.
- Listening Skills: DOPE coaches must be able to "read the room" and adjust the class on the fly to ensure the best possible experience for fighters.
- Time Management: DOPE coaches must be proficient in delivering a multi-dimensional workout, while delegating their attention to both the boxing and strength training areas concurrently.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Programing and choreographing DOPE classes: which includes creating boxing combinations on the bag and strength circuits on the floor in accordance with DOPE guidelines.
- Creating killer playlists and mixes.
- Monitoring client execution of exercises and correcting techniques to minimize injury and maximize results.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completed courses/certifications in personal training and/or group fitness preferred.
- Boxing experience and/or 2 years of group fitness experience preferred.
- Applicant must submit their resume.
- Once confirmed the candidate must audition for consideration for the Training position at DOPE.
