cannabis industry. Our US sales office is looking for a few inside sales positions to maintain existing Wholesale accounts and acquire new large OEM & ODM projects with the most
innovative, and the latest technology. Dashmile Technology has the most advance US patented technology that is way ahead of the current products on the market.
We're seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to oversee new product launches and support sales targets. Your main role will be to develop market share and increase revenues by introducing new products to potential clients. As an Inside Sales Representative, you're a client-facing professional who'll be responsible for reaching out to customers and educating them about new products. You should have an interest in digital products, as that's the type of technologies you'll be promoting to clients by phone and email. We expect you to share your technical knowledge and digital expertise with customers for a better understanding of the products we offer. Ultimately, your goal is to make sure customers are satisfied with their purchases and that we achieve our sales targets.
Job Requirements:
- Proven work experience of 2+ years as an account manager/sales representative.
- Excellent communication and customer relation skills
- Ability to adapt and maintain a positive attitude within a fast-evolving market
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Track your daily activities, cold calls and drop-ins
- Working with Sales Manager to plan and execute promotional demos
- Meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Preparing daily, weekly, monthly sales reports
- Attend trade shows, company events and industry related events
- Travel to licensed dealers and able to present a lively/captivating sales presentation
- Experience with CRMs and customer management systems
- Knowledge of the medical and recreational vape industry is a plus.
- Punctuality and reliable transportation are required.
Compensation:
- Base salary (paid hourly) plus commission earned on every sale with no cap on overall individual total.
- Potential earning $100,000+ annually
- Commission earned monthly on every paid invoice.
- Sick leave begins accruing at the time of hire.
- Paid Vacation begins accruing after Probational Period ends (90 days).
Schedule:
- Weekend Availability on occasion to Trade Shows and Events
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
