Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Salesperson with prior experience working as a sales representative for another CBD, cannabis, or tobacco company.
Your job will consist of calling leads, prospecting for new leads, building relationships, winning new accounts, cultivating more sales from current accounts, and educating our retail partners.
Duties:
- Build and manage your prospecting pipeline of new accounts through: our company's current contacts, prospect target accounts, references, trade shows, in-person meetings, etc.
- Present, promote, and educate accounts on why to buy Colorado Botanicals CBD products using compelling language to existing and prospective customers.
- Provide feedback and ideas for how to improve sales within various channels.
- Attention to detail, be able to think quickly on your feet and improvise appropriately when needed.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales funnel through a CRM System to provide accurate, reliable reports and forecasts for individual sales pipeline.
- Focus on meeting and surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and milestones.
Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of sales experience.
- 1-2 years selling supplements and natural products to health professionals, pharmacies and natural product stores
- Any experience selling CBD or THC products.
- Strong sales skills and self-motivated
- Passionate about health and wellness
- Knowledge of the CBD industry and other supplement/nutraceutical products
- Self-motivated
- Highly organized with good follow up
- Creative problem solver
Salary:
- $40,000+ with a commission structure
- Bonus opportunities
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $32,946.60 - $250,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
