Full Job Description
CannaWorks is a cannabis cultivation located in the North end of the San Luis Valley. We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team trimmers, and cultivation tech. Your time will be split between cultivation duties and post-harvest duties. Applicants should be ready to learn how to:
- General cleaning
- Plant trellising
- Watering and feeding.
- Clean and sanitize cultivations spaces after harvest
- Harvest plants and prepare spaces for incoming plants.
- Prune plants
- Hang plants on drying racks
- Operate trim machines
- Assist in the management of temp labor for harvests and trims
- Weighing, packaging, and sealing product
- Cleaning and resetting the trim and dry rooms after harvests and trims
We are looking for diligent employees who can show leadership in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Experience is a plus.
Requirements:
- Must have a badge from the Colorado MED
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to spend 8-10hour workdays on their feet
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
