Compensation

• $12 – $14.50 /hr + tips & quarterly bonus based on experience and performance.

Job Description

• Greeting customers; making them feel welcome; attending to their needs and anticipating their questions, doubts, concerns.
• Staying up to date on cannabis knowledge: CBD, THC, CBN, CBG Delta-8, Delta-10. THCV, THCO, Terpenes
• Educating customers on the various products available, helping identify their products of interest, price, range/budget, and any other factors influencing their purchase.
• Organizing the sales floor, cleaning product displays, stocking new products, facing/straightening products daily and making sure the store is looking its best for customers - we want to impress every customer, every day.
• Follow tightly opening/closing procedures - floor cleaning, glass cleaning, etc.
• Answer phone calls and managing the cash register.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a valid ID, Legal Working Documents, and Bank Account for Direct Deposit
• Must have reliable transportation & driver's license
• Must be willing to work weekends
• Must be reliable team member
• Must speak, write, and read English & Spanish fluently
• Must be able to communicate respectfully under stress
• Must have quick math skills and be able to operate a register with ease, and count cash with confidence and speed

Skills:

• Knowledge of cannabis products and their benefits preferred, as well as common vape and tobacco products
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Punctual & detail oriented
• Retail Sales experience preferred
• Basic math & computer knowledge
• Willingness/passion to learn and excel in this industry

Education:

• Attending College/University preferred
• High School Diploma and/or GED required

Job Type: Part-time
