Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive strategies that drive traffic to both our website and app
- Ability to work with third party agencies on the design, and UX
- Strategize, manage, build and deploy targeted email marketing campaigns
- Create paid campaigns on social media platforms
- Exceptional understanding and implementation ability of SEO both on page and off page
- An ability to maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms
- Monitor competitor social /website /apps and track industry email marketing trends
- Analyze and report on campaign/activity results and metrics. Providing recommendations for future campaigns and optimizing content.
- Champion affiliate marketing program
- Knowledgeable around all best practices when it comes to digital marketing
- Oversee and develop the monthly social media and email calendars and content strategy ensuring it aligns with brand marketing activities and the quarterly campaigns
- Listen online and manage the chatter to ensure that all digital and social media platforms are effectively monitored; identify and resolve consumer issues in a timely, accurate and on brand manner
- Establish KPIs and benchmarks to track performance across social channels and email marketing activities
- Conduct rigorous QA testing on emails
- Ensure email and social media communication are in compliance with global anti-spam and privacy legislation
Requirements
- 3 years + working as a digital marketing specialist or similar role
- Completion of education either in the e-commerce, marketing or digital space
- Experience working with email marketing systems to manage large subscriber bases
- Strong experience in planning, testing and optimizing email campaigns
- Knowledge and experience with digital marketing, marketing automation and campaign management tools
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and creatively solve problems related to email-related issues
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices, digital performance metrics and various Anti-Spam Legislations
- Knowledge of social media marketing best practices
- Demonstrated knowledge of HTML/CSS code including email coding best practices and rendering troubleshooting
- Ability to manage a large number of email marketing and social media campaigns simultaneously
- Proactive mindset and ability to plan, communicate, and deliver project plans accordingly
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and have sound business judgment in project prioritization
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Has the ability to jump in and hit the ground running.
- Has a particular strong aptitude to learning new programs quickly

- Experience working with Active Campaign is a bonus
- A background in cannabis or psychedelics

We are looking for an experienced CSP to join our team as we gear up to transition from our MVP to our Product 2.0. The ideal candidate for this role should be an analytical and financially-motivated problem solver with exceptional sales skills and business acumen. The CSP should be a dynamic sales professional who deeply understands businesses, bringing innovative thinking and an invaluable outside perspective. They will help to develop sales processes, generate qualified demand, close business, and have the talent and experience needed to deliver all aspects of successful sales and marketing programs. The right person will want to grow their sales career, exceed quota, and of course, make money in the process. They must be comfortable working in an agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Generating creating methods to monetize a SaaS community platform;
- Hands on position, not afraid to get hands dirty working on the ground with the team
- Reaching out to businesses to get them on board, creating accounts on the platform, put contacts in touch with the marketing team, working with strategies, corporation bargaining, connecting with everyone on LinkedIn to become a part of the app
- Formulating direct B2B sales strategies;
- Generating leads, qualifying prospects and setting up face-to-face meetings
- Creating sales packages & seeking out sponsorship opportunities;
- Working with both the team and clients to develop and execute sales and business development strategies
- Coordinating with the Managing Directors, Account Managers, Digital Strategists, Sales Analysts, SDRs, and Central Operations team to deliver high-quality sales and marketing services
- Acting as an extension of the client company's sales department, running full sales processes, from prospecting to close
- Analyzing client program performance and championing new initiatives based on quantitative results
Required Experience
- At 2-3 years of solid experience from events company, sales, events sponsorship and outbound sales, selling into a range of verticals and companies across mid-market and enterprise, specifically in Events Sponsorship sales
- Have experience managing the full sales process from lead gen to close
- Prior experience in legal Cannabis industry sales
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
