I am an experienced older southern California lawyer but not a litigator. I need an experienced litigation paralegal to help with local rules of court and procedures, drafting and filing pleadings, assist in preparing and filing discovery matters and assist in setting up court appearances. Work can be done anytime or anywhere. I'm kind and friendly and you should find me a pleasure to work with. The first two cases deal with contaminated fertilizers that have severely damaged a local, fully-licensed cannabis cultivator who happens to be a genius in organic chemistry. While only two novel cases will be filed now, depending on outcome, more cases could arise based upon what is learned in the first two actions. Will pay reasonable rate based upon experience. Please provide a resume or documented experience.
