Cannabis jobs at Backyard Botanicals CBD

Seeking energetic and outgoing personalities to join our CBD team. Part time positions available, with possibility of full time and must be okay with afternoons & Saturdays. If you are a self-motivated individual, who has the desire to learn, we are looking for you. We strive to bring the best possible service to a large number of people. Looking to employ knowledgeable and outgoing people to assist customers in selecting suitable CBD products!

Responsibilities of a Sales Associate/ Budtender include:

*Greeting and welcoming customers

*Answering questions regarding CBD & other cannabinoid products

*Advising customers on products based on their needs, budget, etc.

*Processing order payments

*Cleaning and organizing the store at all times

*Keeping inventory stocked

*Updating Social Media & Google business platform with product & Updates

*Hand roll blunts weekly to include budtending.

Responsibilities of a Sales Associate/Budtender include:

*Being a team player

*Demonstrate confidence & knowledge of product (We are willing to train the right person)

*Addressing any issues and handling customer complaints

*Reliable, show up to work on time.

*Closing/ Opening Procedures

To be considered, you must:

*Be at least 18 or older

*Have excellent customer service skills

*Have reliable transportation

*Be able to work flexible hours (Days, Nights, Weekends, Holidays)

*Have basic knowledge of CBD or have worked at another Smoke Shop/ CBD Store

*Be able to handle money, work a register, Square POS a plus!

*Be able to multitask in a high volume situation

*Be able to work well with others

*Be able to carry at least 30 pounds
