Cannabis Chemist Processing Lead Chromatography Cannabis Cbd Jobs

Volta Biotech is a marijuana/cbd processing and refinement company. We can process 80 pounds every 20 minutes with food grade ethanol - possibly the biggest capacity in the state. We sell bulk CBD oil and water soluble ingredients to end-formulators nationwide and have our own product line of vape cartridges, dose controlled vaporizers, and water soluble powder to be sold on Amazon. We are cashless and all transactions occur on our websites.

Our main focus for the next 30 days is to get our electrical installed, our equipment functioning, and formulate our products, then increase production as demand for our products grow.

We're looking for two passionate and professional people to fill two laboratory positions. We need one of the hires to be the processing lead responsible for managing, operating, and reporting on, a state-of-the-art, compliant, extraction/processing facility and HAS experience in a position like this. We are looking for a highly dedicated individual who is self-driven, excellent communicator, who has extensive experience with being a cannabis processor, and who has extensive knowledge of the cannabis industry. The other chemist should have chromatography experience.
Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry or related Chemistry field experience preferred.
Prior GMP production experience preferred.
Previous experience in cannabis field preferred.

5.We have 2 full time employees and 5 part time. We will have 25 full time by the end of the year. Still, we are a small startup company. If someone needs your help, will you be helpful? Or will you say I was just hired to do chemistry work?

6.We get a lot of out of state people applying for jobs like this. We need a person onsite working this month that has a vehicle and a place to stay and won't ask for more money than the job pays for. Basically your problems don't turn into our problems. Quarterly production bonus eligible up to 8%
Annual development bonus allocation is 2.5% of all annual salaries, if you score a 3.4 or above you're eligible for a bonus, capped at 10% per individual. This considers unplanned absences, attitude, etc.
