Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for achieving regional sales goals;
2. Maintain relationships with accounts and channel distributors;
3. Support key accounts to build business team, develop stores and secondary agents. Analyse their sales data to follow up the business development situation and establish optimization strategies.
4. Responsible for implementing regional marketing plan to promote brand reputation and awareness through optimizing brand display in retail stores.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree at least. Background in cannabis industry is a plus;
2. Minimum five years of sales experience. Related experience in 2C brand operation and channel management is a plus;
3. Strong ability of market insight, product perception, market planning, data collection , and data analysis;
4. Highly effective skills in interpersonal communication and commercial negotiation;
5. Proactivity with desire to grow professionally and personally.
