Cannabis Cbd Store Part Time Retail Employee Jobs

Job Description:

We are looking for a retail staff member to join our team! Our ideal candidate is someone passionate about the CBD industry, self-motivated and experienced with retail and/or service industry.

Quality CBD is a CBD retailer and manufacturer based in Madison, WI. We opened in 2018 and are growing quickly! We manufacture our own products

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily store operations

• Interacting with customers and helping them find the right CBD products, sharing information about CBD and our products

• Updating & tracking inventory
• Ordering new inventory

• Ensuring excellent customer service

• Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 1-2+ years retail or service industry experience strongly preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in relevant field

• Experience tracking and updating inventory preferred

• Passionate about CBD and the cannabis industry

• CBD knowledge preferred but not required, we will provide training
• Excellent organization & attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Highly self-motivated

• Strong communication skills, very personable and conversational

• Experience using GSuite products: Drive, Calendar, Sheets, Gmail etc.

• Must have access to a car or reliable transportation

Time Commitment: 14-21 hours per week

Looking to fill evenings and weekends

Pay: $10-13/hour (will negotiate based on experience)
