Our best employees are mature, those who work in the restaurant industry, industries that require multitasking, naturally bubbly individuals, and fast moving. We pay $10 during a 2 week training/match and then $13 an hour, given your ability to follow procedures and take the lead.

Summary of Position Expectations:

We are a medical marijuana doctors office and a CBD and Delta 8 Dispensary. Your primary objective is to provide our customers with such an outstanding experience, that they will leave already planning their return visit. Employees must provide friendly, attentive, and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour

• 12 hour shift

The training pay is $8.46 for two weeks, as a contractor. Once you pass the training stage, you go on payroll for $10.00 for two weeks to test everything you've learned during the two weeks. Then we hope to bump you immediately to $12 the next two weeks.

We are looking for someone who is very customer, can manage an office independently, mature, trustworthy, and personality is above average in winning sales and getting great customer reviews. This person should be energetic, trainable, polite, and overall excellent customer skills. Additionally, this person must be able to follow store policies exactly, open and close the office and run the entire office without assistance. Knowing about cannabis and CBD is a requirement. All employees start on a temporary basis until they are able to generate daily sales on a continuous basis and demonstrate their ability to operate according to company policies, and have a longterm commitment to the progress of the store. The right fit is the person who can clean the restroom, maintain customer's privacy, respect management, co-workers and customers...an extremely humble, energetic personality and is great with technology and learning.
