Tallulah has four locations: three in Tallahassee and one in Thomasville, Georgia.

Starting pay is $13-$16 per hour plus tips. Employees are eligible for bonuses and other incentives.

Business professional dress code is required.

Tallulah CBD + Delta 8 is a premium health and wellness store specializing in CBD and Delta 8 products. Tallulah has three locations in Tallahassee and is independently owned and founded in Tallahassee. It was founded in 2009. We are looking for friendly, kind and hardworking candidates who are interested in health and wellness. Our hiring manager is located at our Railroad Square store. No phone calls please. We encourage all job applicants to come into our Tallulah Railroad Square location and meet with your hiring manager.

Previous retail, sales or customer service experience is preferred. A passion for health and wellness is a must. Positive, high energy and motivated candidates are encouraged to apply.

A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information to customers in our store and over the phone. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Take orders over the phone
• Greet customers
• Clean the store
• Restock products and merchandise the store
• Become an expert on hemp-based products
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Skills

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Previous sales experience
• Detail oriented and able to merchandise products
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Reliable and hardworking
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school degree
• Passion for health and wellness
