We're in an open greenhouse. All employees must wear masks and gloves at all times along with the required 6 feet social distancing.
Top Hat is a California licensed wholesale cannabis nursery in Salinas, CA. We house over 20,000 teens and over 50,000 clones.
This is NOT an entry level position. Only people with cloning experience and an extreme level of detail should apply.
Responsibilities are; but not limited to:
- Overseeing all clone production, health, maintenance & IPM
- Works closely with greenhouse manager and sales/inventory manager
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Knowledge of basic cannabis laws
- Advanced knowledge of cannabis genetics
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be reliable and dependable with a good work ethic
- Must be willing to work weekends, and holidays as needed
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
- Must be a self-starter with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to be flexible as required and communicate proactively
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 /hour
