Role and Responsibilities

-EXTREME ATTENTION TO DETAIL NEEDED
-Inventory management and storage (METRC tags and DCC compliant storage labels, keeping batches distinct, etc.)

-Ability to maintain inventory tracking system via Metrc
-Must follow strict compliance protocols and meet quality control standards

-Skill in analyzing potential problems with Quality Control
-Must be able to keep track and verify amounts produced daily – keep all finished batch records filed.

-Leadership Skills- Ability to motivate employees to keep operations running smoothly.
-Time Management- Ability to meet deadlines, while fulfilling other duties.

-Problem Solving Skills- Ability to quickly ascertain a situation and be decisive in solving the problem and be open to suggestions.

-Support CBX with inventory analysis, forecasting and inventory control activities.
-Works closely with the VP of Operations and Director of Sales.
-Must develop the ability to recognize, prioritize and produce products that are in higher demand.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
