Job Summary:

Levels is seeking a Cannabis Greenhouse/Farm Manager to join our team. The Greenhouse manager is responsible for providing on-site cultivation for 25 hoop houses and completion of tasks assigned by the Chief Product Officer.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ensures proper documentation of all applicable activities in accordance with the CRA and standards set by LEVELS.
• Develop production schedule and plan for propagation, vegetative, flowering and harvesting of plants.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the transplanting, cutting, pruning and maintenance of the farm by ensuring the proper tasks are executed and the environmental conditions support the cultivation of superior product quality.

• Plan, organize, and supervise all post-harvest product handling activities including debudding, machine operating, hand trimming, and storing. Ensure team compliance with LEVELS procedures and METRC regulations at every step.

• Responsible for measuring, mixing nutrient, and plant applications, and applying these mixtures according to LEVELS policy, in conjunction with the Plant Health Supervisor and Fertigation supervisor.
• Monitor harvest/post-harvest procedures to resolve issues or bottlenecks.
• Maintain rotation of strains through cultivation facility to ensure variety and quantity for required minimum distributions, working in coordination with our supply chain management department that will direct what strains have moved well in our retail stores and which ones have not.
• Direct the scouting of post-harvest diseases, mildew, and mold, and escalate plant health or environmental issues as necessary.

• Oversee and direct department cleanliness, sanitation, and order.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Manager, Compliance and Inventory Managers, and department supervisors to optimize production flow through post-harvest operations and continually improve LEVELS standard procedures towards the highest quality finished flower output.

Team Management Responsibilities:

• Evaluate performance of all employees under direction.
• Ensure successful team development through leadership and relevant training methods.
• Resolve conflicts respectfully and in a timely manner with assistance from the Assistant Manager and HR as needed and required.
• Maintain job-related confidentiality.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must be 21 years of age
• Must have outdoor cultivation experience
• High school diploma required

• Experience with METRC or working in a previous inventory role
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time
• Prefer candidates with bachelor’s degree in plant sciences or 2 years of experience working in a state regulated facility/farm
