Our goal is to enhance people's lives with the medicinal uses of marijuana and help reduce the stigma around the legal cannabis industry. We find joy and purpose in educating our clients on the benefits of the plant and guiding our clients in their discovery of different brands and products that will best achieve their desired effects. It's our daily goal to satisfy customers cannabis needs and provide them the most welcoming and informative experience possible. We’re in search of team members that share our passion for cannabis and are eager to serve clients needs.

We have openings for 2 part time positions (3/4 shifts per week). Night shifts and weekends are mandatory, of course we respect your life but some night and weekend shifts will be scheduled each week. We can discuss a set schedule if that would benefit you.

Qualifications:
– MUST BE 21+
– Good punctuality
– MUST have some weekend availability (Friday/Saturday/Sunday)
– Retail customer service experience
– Experience or knowledge in the cannabis industry
– Familiar with the BCC’s laws and regulations
– Reliable transportation and good punctuality
– Strong written and oral communication skills
– Available to cover shifts if needed

Duties of a Budtender include:

– Accurate cash handling and register use
– Assisting clients in store choosing products that suit their unique needs
– Describe methods of consumption, ratios, milligrams of THC/CBD and dosages to patients

– Understanding of cannabinoids and their medical benefits
– Restocking/facing products
– Cleaning and maintenance of the store

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $16.25 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• cash register: 1 year (Required)
• budtending: 1 year (Required)
