- Make administrative decisions and take action in the client’s absence.
- Conserve client’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating correspondences.
- Coordinate projects by capturing timelines and strategies and delivering progress updates.
Required Qualifications/Skills
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- MS Office and English proficiency.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to manage a flexible schedule.
- Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to manage and adapt to internal and external correspondence.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use discretion and demonstrate confidentiality.
