Responsibilities:
Manages and coordinates administrative and clinical service for the offices. Provides exceptional service for customers. Establishes work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the offices. Supervises team members and clerical staff to ensure quality patient care. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility and input into developing the budget. Must be capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other store locations.

- Assist in monitoring overall customer satisfaction
- Maintain communication with other store locations
- Analyze performance and provide feedback, guidance, training and encouragement in order to impact results
- Assist in the development of new operations, procedures and policies
- Assist training with new admin assistants and ongoing training
- Oversees office maintenance, including cleanliness, safety, and organization
- May perform daily opening and/or closing of the office including end-of-day accounting
Requirements
- At least 3 years business/sales, retail operations experience or customer service experience
- Must possess a High School diploma/equivalent
- Dynamic personality
- Ability to travel 30% of the time to satellite office locations within an hour's drive of the base office
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office products and Google Drive
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, holidays
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
