Cannabis Affiliate Manager Hemp Derived Products Dispensary Jobs

Remote Affiliate Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join the Ethereal Gold Dispensary team and help with our mission of positively promoting the hemp(cannabis) industry, supporting communities affected by the “War on Drugs”, providing consumers with safe products to sleep better, relax, lessen their pain, and more — plus earn a sales-based income.

Ethereal Gold Dispensary has immediate openings for 1099 Affiliate Managers located remotely throughout the United States. As an Affiliate Manager, compensation will be commission based (see below). You will work in a relaxed, choose your own hours environment where your interpersonal skills and organizational skills will thrive.

What is Ethereal Gold Dispensary?

Ethereal Gold Dispensary is your trusted source for safe, tested, and verified hemp-derived products including edibles, tinctures, smokables, salves, balms, lotions, vapes, and more. Ethereal Gold Dispensary only sells legal hemp products with less than .3% THC.

The Ethereal Gold Standard

One of the main differences between Ethereal Gold Dispensary and CBD shops, gas stations, C-stores, head shops, pharmacies, and big box retailers is “The Ethereal Gold Standard”. Ethereal Gold Dispensary established this standard to assure that their customers know not only what the product potency is (legally required), but also are assured that there are no solvents, pesticides, mycotoxins, heavy metals, or other contaminants that you do not want to ingest. Each and every product, every SKU# in the Ethereal Gold Dispensary has been tested by an independent laboratory and documented with a complete, detailed report. This report is a full panel, complete Certificate of Analysis (COA). The COA is available on the Ethereal Gold
Dispensary website or can be obtained by scanning product QR codes. Less than 10% of all manufacturers meet this high standard of quality and safety. At Ethereal Gold Dispensary, customer safety is a priority.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Be a positive representation of the Ethereal Gold Dispensary team and be an advocate for the products in the Ethereal Gold Dispensary portfolio

• Contact potential affiliates via in person events, Twitch, Youtube, podcast platforms, and other social media

• Email interested affiliates the template email with link to the affiliate form with our affiliate contract/payment/terms

• Enter potential affiliates you have contacted into our database so they can be credited to you
• Respond to questions from Affiliates/Prospective affiliates via email or forward to the appropriate Ethereal Gold Dispensary employee

Compensation:

• For the affiliates that you sign up, you receive 10% of their net purchases and 10% of the net sales of customers your affiliates bring in — over the lifetime of your contract

• When an affiliate signs up for the program and is approved, they receive a coupon code for 20% off their audience’s first order and a referral link.

• The referral link credits customers to their account if they purchase within 30 days of clicking (or clear their cookies)

• The coupon code credits to their account

• For your direct sales, you receive 10% of your net sales of all sales associated with your coupon code

(We will generate a coupon code if you have friends and family that are interested in our products.They will receive 20% off their first order, and you get 10% of their order total)

• For your personal use, you will receive a promo code for 30% off of any products that you will personally order and consume

Notes:

• Affiliate Manager is responsible to have 5 people per week fill out/sign up on the affiliate form. (We highly recommend doing more than this, but we don’t require it)
• In the event the Affiliate Manager terminates their 1099 contract, the Affiliate Manager will receive commission from their assigned customers for 1 month after the termination date.
• If the Affiliate Manager’s contract is terminated by Ethereal Gold Dispensary for failing to meet quota, the Affiliate Manager will receive commission from their assigned customers for 1 additional month after the termination date

• If the Affiliate Manager’s contract is terminated for failing to represent Ethereal Gold Dispensary in a positive manner, they will receive no compensation after termination.

Pay: $1.00 - $75,000.00 per year
