Job Description
About the Internship:
The Account Services Intern will work with an account manager supporting the current business while exploring a career interest in experiential marketing. During this internship will develop skills and gain industry experience. You will have the opportunity to Learn to create timelines and develop budgets. Due to the need for Intern to work with liquor/cannabis, and to comply with applicable regulations, applicants must be 21 or older.
Office Hours: 9am to 5pm
Average Hours: 20-30 hours per week
Start Date: May 24, 2021
End Date: August 6, 2021
Compensation: This is an hourly paid internship
Roles and Responsibility:
- Marketing Research – identifying trends and conducting industry research that fit the brand campaigns and industry at large
- Assist with ideas and initiatives surrounding programming and point of sale
- Data entry and review, when necessary
- Preparation of reports - understanding the fundamentals of creating a deck incorporating facts, statistics, intro slides and storytelling
- Participate in team brainstorms on strategy and activation ideas for new projects
- Participate in a team leadership orientation
- Participate in Enthuse & Inspira culture events
- Culiminating project based on internship learnings
- Ethnographic, demographic, and market research
- Participate in client calls and status updates
- Any other miscellaneous projects
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal skills with a focus on email communication
- Ability to understand and analyze data
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Mac
- Utilize subscription services for category consumer and market research
- Excellent internet researching skills
- Organization skills
- Self-starter and detail oriented
- Creative and strategic thinker
- Pulse on current trends and pop culture
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
