Job Summary
The Warehouse Technician is responsible for assisting in the packaging operations at our cultivation and processing center.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Receive, inspect and store all warehouse product
- Pull supplies from inventory and prepare them for delivery
- Fill orders for supplies and equipment as approved
- Maintain weekly inventory reconciliation in tracking system
- Maintain the warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion
- Demonstrate the ability to count and inspect finished goods on a weekly basis

Job Summary
The Warehouse Technician is responsible for assisting in the packaging operations at our cultivation and processing center.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Receive, inspect and store all warehouse product
- Pull supplies from inventory and prepare them for delivery
- Fill orders for supplies and equipment as approved
- Maintain weekly inventory reconciliation in tracking system
- Maintain the warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion
- Demonstrate the ability to count and inspect finished goods on a weekly basis

Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Technician, you will be performing shipping, receiving, stocking and picking and other related duties under the guidance of 14th Round’s supply chain leadership. Under the guidance of leadership. You’ll ensure that tasks are completed in a safe, precise and timely way to ensure accurate deliverables to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Complete warehouse duties and tasks as assigned or inherent to the position, including receiving, storing, counting, packaging, shipping, tracking, and reporting of various types of inventory
- Partner with peers across the organization, particularly other warehouse teams
- Perform quality checks during various steps of the warehouse process, including shipping and receiving
- Create and maintain accurate records of all activities in the warehouse management system, or on paper as needed
- Prepare and stage inventory for shipping
- Maintain excellent levels of cleanliness and appropriate storage of items in the warehouse
- Ensure all materials are handled appropriately
- Use job related equipment including forklift, pallet jack, and pallet stacker
- Order, stock, and manage supplies
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1-2 years of warehouse experience
- Great interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time management and organization skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Spanish language knowledge a plus
- Experience in cycle counts, physical counts a plus
- Highly organized with a focus on successful outcomes and attention to detail
- Able to work in fast-moving environment
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Execute activities with precision, speed, and grace
- Experience operating forklift equipment
- Possess a valid California Driver’s License

Physical Requirements
- Physical strength, stamina and the ability to walk or stand for long periods of time

- Position is performed on-site in and around a warehouse setting

Title: Packaging & Warehouse Technician
Hours: Full-time; forty (40) hours per-week, plus occasional voluntary overtime. Normal work hours are Monday thru Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with one (1) hour off for lunch.
Role and Responsibilities: Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Assemble incoming packaging and labeling orders.
- Review label proofs to ensure accuracy.
- Apply labels to packages using manual and automated techniques.
- Perform maintenance routines on equipment.
- Adjust and operate equipment to perform label application.
- Pick, pack & ship customer orders from warehouse.

Required Skills: Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to “connect the dots” and formulate logical course of action to achieve goals. Must be cannabis-friendly; cannabis industry knowledge is a plus. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs will be considered a plus.
Physical Requirements: Sitting, standing, walking, squatting, bending, climbing up and down stairs and ladders, reading information on computer screen, listening to verbal instructions and alarms, typing on computer keyboard, lifting up to fifty (50) pounds.
Licenses & Certifications Required: Applicant must have valid state of Alaska driver’s license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a background check.
Equipment Used: Personal computer, Microsoft Office software, label printers, continuous-band label applicators, manlift, forklift, pallet jack, rolling stairs, ladders, cargo van.
Compensation: Pay is $16.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending upon qualifications, plus monthly profit-sharing bonuses.
