DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working together with logistics to finalize schedule
- Allocating FIFO product to trim for the week
- Combine finished bags
- Label finished bags
- Lead the trim table
- Oversee QC at the trim table
- Set up for Harvest
- Run Harvest
- Enter Harvest numbers into Metrc
- Track labor hours
- Track trim totals
- Track and enter waste
- Lead takedown of bucked material
- Weigh and label bucked bags

Vera Cultivation is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Harvest & Trim Manager. The Harvest & Trim Manager position is key to the delivery of our vision and you will be a pivotal member of our management team. You will report directly to the Director of Post-Production, and will be responsible for coordinating and leading day to day post-production operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead teams through post-production activities such as:

- Harvest Room Cleaning/Reset

- You will be responsible for ensuring that all post-production activities are completed properly and on time.
- Work with the Director of Post-Production to schedule and coordinate labor for the various post-production activities. As task management software is introduced, you will be trained appropriately and required to use as needed to create efficiencies.
- Harvest & Trim Manager will be responsible for documenting daily productivity and communicating up and down the chain of command appropriately.
- Oversee and adjust the temperature and humidity levels in the post-production area
- You will oversee the QC Specialist and be responsible for the quality of the output of the team.
- Harvest & Trim Manager will be responsible for the well-being, education and morale of those on their shift. Appropriate work environments must be maintained and workers supported.
- Harvest & Trim Manager will participate in the creation of training materials and keep the post-production team up to date on skill sets as they evolve.

Position: Trim/harvest manager.
Ripped City is looking for a new addition to our rapidly growing team. We are currently looking for a trim/harvest manager. The individual that we hire will begin with training on our indoor harvest until production and harvest starts. This will ensure that the managerthat we select can do the same level of work they expect their team to do. At that time, we will explain all our procedures and show how we expect flower to be trimmed. Over the next 5 weeks you will be responsible for hiring a staff of 15-20 people.
Essential Functions
- Initiates and Maintains post-harvest production and fulfillment by following Ripped City’s Procedures for daily operations.
- Fully comply with state and local regulations.
- Maintain facility compliance in collaboration with the HR department
- Work closely with Management to plan and execute harvest and trimming.
- Ensures Team Members work in a timely manner and consistently strive to increase productivity
- Make sure that Trimmers are always using the highest quality control standards
- Always demonstrates Leadership by actions and acts as an example to others.
- Manages day to day issues as they arise, requesting assistance as needed.
- Always maintains time and attendance and all other conduct and related requirements.
- Ensures staff performs specific tasks in the grow not limited to harvesting, trimming, waste disposal, inventory management and cleaning.
- Accurately and consistently maintains the tracking of each Harvest Batch using Metrc
