Base: $35,000
Commissions are awarded on a sliding scale between 2% - 12% depending on sales.
Monthly sell through of $21,000 @ 6% commission to be at target comp ($50,000).
For the 1st 6 months of employment, you will be eligible to participate in a monthly draw up to $1,250 towards earned commissions in-order to ensure your earnings are at our target of $50,000.
Following the 6th month of employment, the draw schedule will reduce at a rate of $250 a month until it expires in month 11.
Expectations:
- Maintain a high level of focus on cold calling, prospecting, and lead nurturing
- Manage your territory like a business
- Work independently when planning routes, prospecting, and managing your assigned territory
- Work with a team by sharing best practices, sales tips and participating in regular meetings
- Establish, foster, and maintain positive business relationships with customers
- Organized, timely and accurate in your note taking, reporting, and scheduling
- Use available data sources to identify opportunities i.e. Weedmaps, Instagram, lead sheets etc..
- Utilize provided transportation to service dispensaries in your assigned territory
- Work with current customers to provide product education and sales support
- Manage your territory by entering notes into a CRM
- Manage your own schedule while meeting goals
- A desire for continual improvement through feedback, coaching, training, and research
- Consistently focus on preparing, prioritizing, and organizing your activities in the company CRM to stay on track.
- Prepare for and participate in weekly sales meetings
- Submit a daily route/territory plan to your supervisor
- Prepare end of day summaries and report daily to your supervisor
- Host and participate in brand events (pop-ups) at dispensaries
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Territory Manager in the Cannabis industry
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with a CRM is a plus
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent selling, prospecting and negotiation skills.

We are seeking Account Managers to develop and maintain relationships with co-ops and dispensaries in California. Responsibilities:
- Be the most professional/knowledgeable salesperson in the industry
- Establish strong relationships with customers through visits, texts, emails, and phone calls
- Handle all customer-related questions, inquiries, and orders professionally and promptly
- Create and run customer events
- Promote products by ensuring each customer has the right merchandising displays and products are presented professionally
- Ensure territory growth
- Assist other Brand Managers with customers or events
- Educate budtenders on products, services, and industry
- Ensure sales products/customers are marketed property online (Weedmaps)
- Provide team members and company ideas and insights to improve products, services, and sales
- Identify and close new accounts/opportunities
- Constantly push to get more space or product selection into each customer
- Identify competitors and potential threats and report to leadership new accounts, obtain orders, develop solutions, and build strong customer relations
Requirements:
- California medical marijuana recommendation.
- Driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance.
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
- Excellent verbal communication & presentation skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply product-related information in a professional manner.
