We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our team!
OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Development
- The Senior Project Manager executes complex projects critical to commercialization of Hound Labs products.
- This role may include responsibilities such as establishing a pilot manufacturing line, scaling alternate manufacturers, and driving quality control repeatability and reproducibility.
- Responsible for the planning and execution of project work to ensure deliverables are of the highest quality, timelines are met and within budget.
- Interface and coordinate with R&D, Engineering, Product, and Platform Development teams to ensure project activities are on time and meet performance goals.
- Contribute to NPI (New Product Introduction) process for product components and materials, sub-systems and finished goods.
- Review and achieve alignment on scope of work and create a comprehensive project plan. Identify project dependencies and risks. Facilitate mitigation plans.
- Monitor and track project deliverables. Organize, plan and direct project schedules, milestones, risks, assumptions, decisions and budgets.

- This Senior Installation PM position will join our small-but-mighty team and will help install and manage projects (supporting the Cannabis industry) in the Account Management Department for the company. JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs Corporate is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to support our growing Corporate Development team in our Chicago headquarters. Within this role, you will be responsible for supporting key M&A processes by partnering with internal and external stakeholders, and functional areas to increase value by making recommendations based on value-drivers and value-destroyers discovered during the evaluation, analysis and due diligence of key strategic transactions. - Support transaction teams throughout the due diligence, integration, and/or implementation phases of acquisitions, investments and/or partnerships, working closely with members of Strategy, Corporate Development, and Functional Leadership.

Position Description
This position will manage a team of contractors and agency staff through Phase II of the WSLCB's System Modernization Project (SMP). SMP is a statewide, Salesforce-based, cloud-hosted solution which will transform and catalyze the licensing and operational functions of the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB).
In total, this project consists of four (4) phases that will be managed as separate deliverables-based contracts.  The first phase (Phase 1) is complete; the scope was a discovery effort to catalog the minimum viable product (MVP) requirements for licensing functionality ONLY. This phase resulted in the attached functional and technical requirements (Exhibit A). Phase 2 is the replacement of the licensing system and is will be the starting point for the IT Project Manager. Phase 3 is the replacement of the current custom enforcement case management application in the Enforcement Division and Phase 4 shall be the automation of the Adjudication process. 
The purpose of this current phase of the project (Phase 2) is to replace and consolidate WSLCB’s legacy licensing, imaging and stand-alone applications with a configurable, cloud-based Salesforce solution, requiring minimal customization, across the WSLCB’s statewide licensing operations. Below are the desired outcomes of this project, additional outcomes are detailed in Exhibit A-Functional and Technical Requirements:
- Reduce technical complexity
- Increase flexibility to absorb system changes (e.g., regulatory mandates)
- Mitigate risks related to data security, data integrity, and catastrophic system failure
- Provide better public access to data
- Enhance the license holder and applicant self-service experience per e-government norms

Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager, with strong skills as a Business Analyst, to assist in the implementation of a new Cannabis Program platform. The Project Manager will be expected to or have experience. As a project manager you will be expected to:
- Provide Project Management expertise in the oversight of a system implementation
- Function as a Business Analyst
- Clarify and resolve issues.
- Provide project (phase/timeline/budget) reporting to leadership/management
- Create and maintain a project plan while actively managing relevant work streams of the program throughout each phase.
- Establish and manage a RAID log
- Establish and manage a RASCI matrix
- Create and update weekly status reports of the project, create content for weekly team meetings.
- Participate in the creation of governance team materials as required. Present/report to the governance team as per established cadence.
- Lead the implementation phase in conjunction with software vendors and stakeholders
- Participate in the planning, discovery, design, configuration, testing and training activities
- Lead through experience around standard practices around a program.
- Lead the post-implementation phase
- Ensure Change Management is happening in a strategic manner
- Help establish a ‘super user’ network of business SMEs
- Manage budget throughout the program.
- Ensure risk management and lead conflict resolution.
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience with multiple previous implementations large software programs from a variety of system integrators / software vendors (preferably public sector).
- Strong tactic and strategic skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and time management skills
- Deep experience with SDLC in an Agile environment
- Experience using project management tools such as Confluence/Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, Microsoft Project and/or Monday.com
- Experience in highly regulated industries preferred.
- Experience in medical or recreational marijuana industries a plus.
- Prior State or other government experience is a plus.

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs Corporate is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to support our growing Corporate Development team in our Chicago headquarters. Within this role, you will be responsible for supporting key M&A processes by partnering with internal and external stakeholders, and functional areas to increase value by making recommendations based on value-drivers and value-destroyers discovered during the evaluation, analysis and due diligence of key strategic transactions. You will assist in achieving those value drivers by effectively supporting the development and management of business integration plans.
The role will work closely with functional leadership throughout the company to facilitate strategic initiatives and execute the long-term integration plan. In addition to supporting the integration process, this role will partner closely with the broader Corporate Development team to drive continuous improvement efforts and support other strategic initiatives across the organization. A successful applicant must possess high attention to detail, exceptional project management, effective verbal and written communications, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment. The position reports directly to our Manager of M&A Integration and works closely with corporate and regional teams.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Support the Corporate Development organization in integration lifecycle management for large-market mergers and acquisitions and the ability to autonomously lead end-to-end integration from small and mid-market transactions.
- Support transaction teams throughout the due diligence, integration, and/or implementation phases of acquisitions, investments and/or partnerships, working closely with members of Strategy, Corporate Development, and Functional Leadership.
- Support the development of executive-level analysis, briefings, & reports for and to senior leadership.
- Monitor and track acquisition performance, value creation and synergies.
- Monitor the performance of closed acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic investments to ensure that business and economic standards are being achieved and learnings incorporated into future analyses/integration to improve accuracy and speed-to-market.
- Conduct ad-hoc qualitative and quantitative analyses for strategic planning, investing and integration efforts.
- Develop repeatable processes that accelerate integrations and ensure timely communication of events.
- Develop, maintain and improve tools used in the M&A integration lifecycle.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- 4-year degree in a relevant field.
- 4+ years of work experience in one or more: Integration/restructuring, corporate development, consulting, or business operations supporting M&A.
- Strong finance and accounting acumen including experience in financial modeling and synergy tracking.
- Experience with complex, value-accretive strategic projects/initiatives.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, advanced in both Excel and PowerPoint.
- Highly proficient with project management software.
- Well-versed in leading large cross-functional, collaborative teams. An exceptionally strong collaborator that brings groups together to drive proven results.
- Experience presenting your recommendations and findings to leadership on a regular basis.
- Well-organized with high attention to detail who is comfortable operating within compressed timelines and adhering to varying market/company-imposed deadlines.
- Willingness to challenge the expected/norms and embrace discomfort in a rapidly changing market.

Position Summary:
Provide knowledge, leadership, and management to complete building construction projects safely, profitability and in accordance with the contract documents.
Essential Functions/Position Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all Company Safety Policies and the Company Code of Conduct.

- Provides oversight of the submittal process, to insure products and systems comply with the contract documents
- Represent company in project meetings; assist in labor negotiations/strategy meetings, etc.
- Manage financial aspects of contracts (fee payment, purchases, rental equipment, income/expenses, change orders, etc.) to protect company's interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with the client.
- Support all company reporting functions such as peer reviews, weekly reports, time cards, annual reviews, etc.
- Protect company from improper "At-Risk" activities, especially monitoring adherence to all safety procedures.
- Manage all types of company projects, including Design Build, Bid Build, as well as Service and Unit Price Work.
- Assume additional responsibilities as directed by Division Manager.
Hiring Requirements:
- 4 Year engineering degree or equivalent, plus extensive (five or more years) experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management required.
- Must have a working knowledge of structural, mechanical, and electrical civil and building practices and concepts.
- Innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance.
- Thorough understanding of construction software, corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project activities.
- Computer skills required, including familiarity with Microsoft office suite programs.
- Knowledge of scheduling software (Primavera, Microsoft Project etc.)
- Vital; superior communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.) skills essential.
- Must be confident in directing and coordinating staff, sub-contractors, and consultants.

Your role:
A Senior Project Manager (SPM) on the Strategy team is someone who can independently generate insights and is expected to influence and support senior decision makers using robust analysis and strong communication skills. Specifically, a SPM will:

- Develop clear and manageable project scopes and workplans based on limited information and structure ongoing work accordingly, adapting during the project as necessary

Full Job Description
The State of Rhode Island is seeking a Senior Project Manager, with strong skills as a Business Analyst, to assist in theimplementation of a new Statewide Cannabis Program platform. The Project Manager will be expected to or haveexperience with experience/skills in the following:
- Provide Project Management expertise in the oversight of a system implementation.
- Function as a Business Analyst in situations requiring a Liaison between Agency, IT, other Stakeholders as
needed, and Vendor resources to communicate requirements and ensure delivery and compliance.
- Clarify and resolve issues.
- Provide project (phase/timeline/budget) reporting to IT and Agency Leadership, as needed.
- Create and maintain a robust and inclusive project plan while actively managing relevant work streams of the
program throughout each phase.
- Establish and manage a RAID log (risks, actions, issues, decisions) throughout the entire program.
- Establish and manage a RASCI matrix (responsible, accountable, supportive, consulted, informed) throughout the
entire program.
- Create and update weekly status reports of the project, create content for weekly team meetings to highlight
accomplishments, upcoming activities, updates to RAID log and project plan.
- Participate in the creation of governance team materials as required. Present/report to the governance team as
per established cadence.
- Lead the implementation phase in conjunction with software vendor partner(s) and stake holders from State
(SMEs, program management etc.).
- Participate in the planning, discovery, design, configuration, testing (e.g. burn down charts, UAT) and training
activities (e.g. content creation and review is being executed, training sessions appropriately staffed and executed)during this phase of the program.
- Lead through experience around standard practices around a program.
- Lead the post-implementation phase including coordinating resources and providing direct assistance with
troubleshooting of production support issues, deployment/cutover, period close activities and system/businessprocess optimization, identification of additional training opportunities / content delivery mechanisms, as required.
- Ensure Change Management is happening in a strategic manner throughout the duration of the program providing
thought leadership based on experience and expertise.
- Help establish a ‘super user’ network of business SMEs who can continue to support the system and associated
processes during the implementation phase as we near phased go-live events and throughout the postimplementationphase.
- Manage budget throughout the program.
- Ensure risk management and lead conflict resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience with multiple previous implementations large software programs from a variety of
system integrators / software vendors in the public sector is preferred; however, private sector experience will alsobe considered.
- Highly competent individual who can think both strategically and tactically in numerous situations and is capable of
toggling between the two seamlessly.
- Exceptional communication skills (e.g. verbal, written, presentation) and time management skills (e.g. ability to
multi-task while meeting deadlines.)
- Must possess high level of emotional intelligence (EQ.).
- Deep experience with SDLC in an Agile environment, quality assurance standards for system design, and
configuration.
- Experience and solid understanding of the following disciplines (in addition to Project Management): Business

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that new product and technology development projects are delivered on schedule and on budget.
Responsibilties
- Lead US existing products from the concept stage until ready-for-sale and beyond
- Manage end-to-end project planning, risk identification, dependency tracking, issue escalation and change management for new or existing product lines in US
- Lead cross-functional teams encompassing team members from infrastructure/facilities, product development, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations.
- Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration, serving as liaison between the US Project Team, functional managers and corporate leadership
- Engage external contractors and service providers, developing integrated plans and risk management strategies
- Organize project risk identification, consulting subject matter experts for accurate assessment. Develop risk mitigation plans and escalate to senior leadership when required
- Provide routine status updates and coordinating information to the Project Management Office (PMO)
- Implement and supervise project governance practices established by the US Project Team
- Other duties as assigned
Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 7-10 years project management experience (bonus points for prior work in highly regulated industry)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification preferred
- High-degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity in fast-moving environments
- Intense level of intellectual curiosity and creativity in problem solving
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and deliver results in dynamic environment
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with demonstrated ability developing materials for senior management
- Able to understand technical concepts and communicate them to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Extensive knowledge of project governance frameworks and best practices
- Willing and able to travel to locations throughout the US (< 25% travel required)
