Cannabis Seasonal Greenhouse Technician Jobs

SEASONAL GREENHOUSE TECHNICIAN

We're looking for reliable full-time seasonal technicians for our OLCC-licensed greenhouse operation. We need detail-oriented people who enjoy an organized schedule and tidy work site.

Must be willing to cover weekends and periodic evening swing shifts.

Flexibility of roles is crucial:

• You'll be responsible for tasks throughout more than one production cycle.
• –– > E.g., propagating and up-potting nursery stock; IPM and fertility tasks; canopy maintenance; harvest and processing

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE,
A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF,
OR BACKGROUND IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING ARE A PLUS:

• Horticulture / Plant Science / Floriculture
• Agriculture / Farm Operations / Irrigation
• Landscape Maintenance, Installation
• Chemistry, Biology, Botany, Plant Physiology, Biochemistry, Entomology
• METRC / Cannabis Tracking System
• Food and Beverage Service
• Team sports
• Manufacturing
• Engineering
• Construction

REQUIREMENTS:

• Current OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit
• Full Covid-19 vaccination
• 2+ references not related to you
• Ability to:
• –– > Work in variable climate settings from greenhouse to outdoors
• –– > Walk, sit, stand, bend, kneel or crouch for extended periods of time
• –– > Lift up to 25 lbs on a regular basis

**POSITION ENDS IN NOVEMBER**

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• McMinnville, OR 97128: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• High school or equivalent (Required)
